Lisa Daniel - Fitness Director
Lisa is a fitness professional who believes wellness requires us to focus on the connection between our minds and bodies. This is my driving passion. I believe we must achieve a healthy balance in life integrating exercise, good nutrition, and a positive outlook. My background includes experience as a personal trainer, pilates instructor, yoga teacher, massage therapy and meditation. I graduated from the Orlando Institute of Massage Therapy and have practiced massage therapy for 20 years. This training and experience has been instrumental in pain management, rehabilitation, medical massage, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage and relaxation therapy. My certification in pilates is from the Physical Mind Institute located in Tampa, Florida. I've been trained in all the pilates apparatus and have been instructing in this valuable exercise technique for more than ten years. I am also certified through The Florida Yoga Institute. This was an intensive training focusing on a combination of Hatha and Raja Yoga. Many years of clinical massage and neuromuscular massage led me to the pilates and yoga techniques of exercise. Combining massage and pilates/yoga greatly aides in recovery from injuries and chronic pain. Pilates and yoga exercises are enjoyed by people of all ages. I strive to keep my classes challenging, fun and interesting. Helping you achieve optimum wellness  is my goal.  Email Lisa at:  spafit@wyndemere.com
