Swedish Massage
The classic light touch used in this full body massage induces relaxation, improves circulation and mobility and relieves muscle tension using long, light flowing strokes.
Therapeutic Massage
This classic technique uses therapeutic soft tissue manipulation to improve circulation and mobility while easing muscular tension and stress, simultaneously providing relaxation and a sense of renewal. This massage is slightly deeper than a Swedish massage.
Deep Tissue Massage
This treatment uses a series of intensive techniques to manipulate sore, tight muscles and the connective tissue that holds them in place. Highly therapeutic, deep tissue work increases circulation, releases built-up toxins, and heals and restores balance to the body and nervous system. This can be excellent treatment for chronic injuries.
Neuromuscular Therapy Massage
This form of bodywork is designed for individuals suffering from acute or chronic pain. Rather than trying to work the entire body, the therapist maximizes time by focusing on the specific muscles at the source of the pain, as well as, other muscles and fascia, which may be involved in the pain syndrome. Because of the sensitivity of the tissues being treated, an ongoing dialogue is encouraged.
Pre natal Massage
This soothing, full-body massage targets areas of tension during pregnancy, and will help relieve lower back pain, sciatica and water retention. An excellent way to increase circulation, this technique allows you to lie down safely and comfortably, and can be used anytime after the first trimester.
Soothing Hot Stone
A breakthrough technique aimed at balancing the body's emotional, mental, physical and spiritual energies through the application of gently heated stones as part of a deeply relaxing and penetrating massage, which unlocks the body's natural healing energies.
Aromatherapy Massage
This relaxing treatment uses pure essential oils and a variety of traditional massage techniques to renew and restore energy and leave you with a heightened sense of well-being.
Back, Neck, Shoulder
Short on time, yet need to unwind? We offer the perfect solution to relieve those areas most commonly plagued by muscle tension. A variety of techniques work out the knots accumulated through daily activities. In a matter of minutes, you’ll be ready to take on the world again!
Chair Massage
Chair or "Seated" massage makes use of a special, comfortable massage chair that the fully clothed client is seated in and receives treatment on the back, neck, arms, and hands. The chair massage helps to release stress, muscle tension, and pain, while increasing circulation. It is very helpful for employees who sit for long hours and/or use computers in preventing serious conditions such as carpel tunnel syndrome, rounded shoulder/head forward postural problems, and other work-related conditions.
