Option 1 Resident & Non-Resident
Golf: $80,000 (75% equity)* $9,000**
Option 2 Resident & Non-Resident
Golf: $60,000 (50% equity)* $9,000**
Option 3 Resident & Non-Resident
Golf: $40,000 (no equity)* $9,000** (Seasonal Incentive: Resident and Non-Resident Golf Initiation reduced to $35,000 through September 30, 2010)
Non-Resident Golf Associate (1 year includes dues) $9,000**
