      Fitness Orientation

      This session will thoroughly familiarize you with the cardiovascular and resistance training equipment. Learn proper use, settings, weight and form for each machine to avoid injury and achieve maximum results.

      Personal Training

      The certified personal trainers are available to evaluate your fitness needs and goals. They will design a safe, effective and original exercise program personalized to your fitness level. Whether you are looking to improve your golf game or increase your stamina on the courts, the highly trained fitness staff will tailor an exercise plan that's the perfect fit for you.

      Group Fitness

      Experience first-hand the innovative and diverse classes led by enthusiastic, educated and professional instructors. Enrich your workout with classes and programs that get you moving and on your way to achieving the results you want. Classes include spin, yoga, stretch, body sculpting, Pilates, water aerobics, and more.

      Massage Therapy & Facials

      Relaxing facials and healing full body massage treatments balance the body's emotional, mental and physical well being.

    • Wyndemere Fitness Director Keri ManixKERI MANIX – FITNESS DIRECTOR

      Keri comes to us from The Club at Mediterra where she has served as the fitness director since 2010. Originally from Nantucket, Massachusetts, Keri and her family have been enjoying life in Naples since 1988. With a thirst for knowledge, Keri has numerous certifications with the International Sports Sciences Association, Aerobics and Fitness association, Yoga fit, Yoga Alliance, Certified Spin Instructor, Certified Aqua Aerobics Instructor, Certified Spinning Instructor, Certified Personal Training, Group Fitness, Aqua Fitness and Silver Sneakers which enable her to fuse various exercise styles, maximizing fun and results. She is also trained in CPR, AED and First Aid. 
       
      Passionate about providing members with safe, welcoming and enjoyable wellness opportunities, Keri’s energetic personality and broad range of specializations have allowed her to design and direct successful programs, tailored to the specific needs of any individual or group. Keri loves the exciting and friendly atmosphere of working in a fitness center and is thoroughly satisfied when each member exits the facility feeling happier and more energized than when they arrived.
